Non-Alcoholic Drinks to Enjoy on a Hot Summer Day

To be perfectly honest, I’m not a big fan of alcoholic beverages in summer. They make me sweat even more; they make me feel dizzy and sometimes nauseous.

If you are just like me, I prepared for you a list of my favorite non-alcoholic summer drink recipes that will refresh your whole body. I’m sure you’ll enjoy reading about these drinks (and sipping them later!):

1. Ginger Joy

To make Ginger Joy, add Ginger blossom soda, mint, ice, and lime juice.

2. Rose Water Lemon Juice

To make this refreshing beverage, you need rose water, honey (or maple syrup if you have a sweet tooth), and a few drops of lemon juice. I usually serve this drink with a garnish of fresh, baby pink roses.

3. Watermelon Lemonade

Watermelon lemonade is just as delicious as it sounds. To make this summery drink, start by squeezing lemons to get the juice, add water, and then the previously ice cubed watermelon slices.

4. Raspberry and Peach Lemonade

Chop up some peaches, take the frozen raspberries and ice out of the fridge, put it all together and top it with a lemon juice.

5. Almost Zero-Calorie Drink.

If you are not a fan of sweet drinks, you can squeeze a lemon, add ice cubes and add a few cucumber rounds.
